Charity Ball

This past week, I had the privilege of attending the Charity Ball for ETSU. This event was organized to raise money for the Small Miracles horse farm for special needs kids. Each person in attendance paid fifteen dollars to attend the ball. All of those proceeds went to Small Miracles. This is a great organization; I have had the opportunity to serve at Small Miracles a few times in the past, and their program is amazing. They open their facility to children with special needs so that they have a little "horse therapy". The kids love this place, including the horses and the people. I am grateful for the Honors College in their decision to raise money for this organization. They truly deserve it.
